Spumante BRUT Montpre' Rose Millesimato - Tenuta Chiccheri

Spumante BRUT Montpre' Rose Millesimato - Tenuta Chiccheri

Tenuta Chiccheri

Brut Montpre’ Rose’ is the gentle sister of cuvée del Fondatore and is in fact bottled in the same elegant shaped bottle. Each vintage (milésime) is produced with pinot noir and rests in bottle for at least 72 months. 6 long and peaceful years result in a luxurious antique rose colour and very fine and gratifying perlage. The aroma is vibrant, recognisable and elegant. You may sense notes of flowers and berries. On the palate she is harmonious while savoury, full-bodied and persistent. Like her sibling, she is an absolute pleasure to the eye, nose and lips.

Chiccheri: an affable name evoking history. Chiccheri was the nickname of peasants who once lived where now sweet and delicate grapes grow. Is it a magical place? Chiccheri sounds like “chicco” (in Italian it means grape): hence the magic continues!

Every vineyard, every row of vine to every single individual vine is carefully tended so that it can produce the best fruits possible. Day after day nature and man humbly do their job which concludes in August when harvest starts and continues until the end of October.
