The special Couvee by the Founder, is produced with a selection of 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir grapes and each vintage (milésime) ferments in bottle for at least 84 months. 7 years of wisdom and character result in a very refined straw yellow colour with golden reflections and very fine and gratifying perlage. The aroma is vibrant, recognisable and elegant. You may sense notes of white flowers, yeasts and acacia honey. On the palate it is harmonious, full-bodied and persistent with a very good structure. An absolute pleasure to the eye, nose and lips.
